Football Game Parent Volunteer Sign Up

Reminder: Students will receive a $25 credit towards their dues (up to $100) for concession volunteers only!! Stands volunteers get into the game for free, but will not receive a credit towards their dues.

We also need volunteers to ride the bus for away games and marching competitions!

Marching MPA Itinerary (Saturday, October 24th, 2026)

Here is the Report Time and Itinerary for FBA Marching Festival on Saturday October 24th, 2026, at Denison Stadium, Winter Haven.

Attire Winds/Percussion- Marching Uniforms over the top... Under uniform-- Black Athletic Shorts, Black 2026 Show Shirt, Black Band Shoes, Black Crew/Dress Socks
Attire Guard- Under uniform, Black 2026 Show Shirt, Black Leggings, guard shoes. Change into Spirit Uniform. Once you change into your uniform, put your under uniform in your guard bag.

Other Items
Winds- Back Pack, 2 quart cooler of water, snacks, money for concessions, extra reeds, valve oil
Percussion- Back Pack, 2 quart cooler of water, stick tape, snacks, money for concession
Guard- Back Pack/Guard Bag, 2 quart cooler of water, make up, hair product, snacks, money for concessions

11:00 am- Report Time outside in the stadium on Set 1

Run throughs, spot checks, field entrance & exit, etc.

12:15 pm- Lunch Break -- No Door Dash/No Grub Hub/No Mom Brings It/ etc...

Bring a packed lunch!

12:45 pm- Report back to band room, put on uniforms
1:05 pm- Inspection
1:15 pm- Load Equipment truck & buses
1:25 pm- Call Roll
1:30 pm- Depart LGHS
2:30 pm- Arrive at Denison Stadium, Get instruments, Block Up
2:45 pm- Get Into stands
3:00 pm- Listen to National Anthem
3:15 pm- Watch Bands, Snack break in the stands (bring your own snacks & water), bathroom breaks by sections, etc...
5:15 pm- Start getting instruments out and ready
5:30 pm- Exit Stands (as soon as Haines City is done)
5:45 pm- At "Pre-Warm Up" Ready Position
6:00 pm- At Warm Up Gate
6:15 pm- Warm Up
6:45 pm- Exit Warm Up
6:55 pm- At Stadium Gate "On Deck" Position
7:00 pm- PERFORM
7:15 pm- wait behind stands, put away instruments on truck
7:25 pm- Enter Stands, grab money, go to concessions for dinner (Dinner is not provided, students must bring money for concessions or a packed dinner)
8:00 pm - Be back & completely situated in the stands, students who are not back in their spots by 8 pm are considered late

8:45 pm- Awards
*9:10 pm- Exit Stands
*9:20 pm- Load Bus
*9:25 pm- Call Roll
*9:30 pm- Depart Denison Stadium
*10:30 pm- Arrive at LGHS, put away uniforms & dismiss
